We expect this home to be left in good condition. There is a $500
refundable deposit if no damage is done and the house is left in
reasonable condition.

Donner/Truckee occupancy tax = 10%

No charge for local calls. Toll calls and long distance charges will
be deducted from your security deposit.

Check-in is 4:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM. We will try to
accomodate any special needs you might have.
