This brand new (end of 2005), non-smoking condo is ready for family
fun. The unit is located on the 4th floor of a four level building,
which offers the best view and no noise from above. The furnishings,
linens and appliances are new and will provide your family with all
the comforts of home.

The kitchen contains a full assortment of china, flatware, glasses
and cooking utensils. The kitchen looks over a breakfast bar into the
dining and living rooms. The living room has access to the balcony,
great views of the Lake, 32” flat screen television, DVD/VCR, digital
cable, surround sound and electric fireplace. The dining room has
seating for eight and the breakfast bar has seating for four.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 300 count sheets, walk-in
closet, DVD and cable TV, private jetted bath, separate shower,
private access to the balcony. You will wake-up to a great view of
the Lake from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size
bed and 32" LCD TV. The third bedroom contains two bunk-beds for four children or small adults and a 22" LCD TV. These two bedrooms both have large closets. The second full bath contains a combination tub/shower and is accessed from the common area near the second and third bedrooms.

The condo also has a walk-in utility room with full-sized washer and
dryer.

Grandview Point is a small complex of only 36 units contained in two
buildings. The pool and docks are located between the buildings and
is only a short elevator ride from our condo. The buildings are
serviced by one elevator and two staircases.

If you’re coming to the Lake to have fun, this is the place to stay.
The lake itself is easily accessible by a boat launch on site.
Whether you want to water ski, fish or just go for a boat ride, the
Lake will provide a beautiful backdrop. We are located close to the
outlet mall, go-cart tracks, boat rental, movie theatres, golf
courses, mini-golf, a water park and the state park. Additionally,
there are very convenient grocery stores and a Target and Wal-Mart
near by. A wide variety of restaurants are in the vicinity with a
broad range of cuisines including BBQ, Italian, Mexican, seafood and
steaks. If you are looking for some nightlife, just down the
street from our condo is the Dog Days Café (formerly The Salty Dog)
with lakeside dining and live music several days a week.
