Green Turtle Cove Condominium in South Hutchinson Island

Green Turtle Cove Condominiums are located on South Hutchinson Island
in the Town of Jensen Beach. The property is across the street from
the Jensen Beach municipal beach and is situated on the Indian River
side of the Island. The 2-four story complexes have 80 units and a
marina on the Indian River. This is a ground floor unit with direct
outside access. No need to ride elevators or walk corridors.

The two bedroom two bath condo is completely furnished with 3 TV's,
stereo, VCR/DVD player.  Bedrooms have one queen bed each, twin
sleeper sofa in living room. The modern kitchen has a microwave,
side-by -side refrigerator, dishwasher, and water filter system. Washer and dryer is included. All kitchen utensils and appliances are included. A private spacious patio area is accessible from the bedrooms and family room.

Living room has a flat screen high-definition LCD TV.

Wireless internet is available at no charge.

The condo association does not allow rentals less than one month.

Pool and club house are located on the premises as well as a marina
for small boats. The docks provides benches and a cleaning station for fishing. Municipal beach across the street provides easy access to ocean activities. Nearby access to restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, movie theaters. Two hour
drive to Disney and other resorts.

Martin County has a 6.5% sales tax and a 4% tourist development tax.
