Vacation Rental Description

Green Turtle Cove Condominiums are located on South Hutchinson Island 
in the Town of Jensen Beach.  The property is across the street from 
the Jensen Beach municipal beach and is situated on the Indian River 
side of the Island.  The  2-four story complexes have 80 units and a 
marina on the Indian River.  This is a ground floor unit with direct 
outside access.  No need to ride elevators or walk corridors. 
 
The two bedroom two bath condo is completely furnished with 3 TV's, 
stereo, VCR/DVD player.  Bedrooms have one queen bed each, twin 
sleeper sofa in living room. The modern kitchen has a microwave, 
side-by -side refrigerator, dishwasher, and reverse osmosis water 
filter system.  Washer and dryer is included.  All kitchen utensils 
and appliances are included.  A private spacious patio area is 
accessible from the bedrooms and family room. 
 
The condo association does not allow rentals less than one month.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool and club house are located on the premises as well as a marina 
for small boats. Municipal beach across the street provides easy 
access to ocean activities.  Nearby access to restaurants, shopping 
centers, golf courses, movie theaters.  Two hour 
drive to Disney and other resorts.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, snorkeling, boating, fishing, tennis, golf and many other 
activities are available on the island.  Bicycling the island is a 
great recreation activity. During the season (Nov. to March) the condo 
has many social events.  Friday night parties at the club house, card 
games, etc.  Join the other "snow birds" for lots of fun.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum of 1-month rental. 
 
Three months or more @ $2500 per month plus tax and utilities. 
One month rentals Jan. - March is $2800 per month plus tax and utilities 
December rental at $2500 plus tax and utilities. 
All off season rentals at $2400 per month plus tax and utilities. 
Martin County has a 6.5% sales tax and a 4% tourist development tax.
