Vacation Rental Description

This Executive 2,565 sq.ft home completed June 2005 has 5 
luxuriously furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is situated in the 
prestigious conservation area of Crescent Lakes in Kissimmee.

Set in a quiet cul de sac with a south facing garden and a large 30' 
x 15' screened private pool and spa which has a child safety net and 
also a selection of pool toys. An extended patio area and covered 
lanai overlooks the lake with luxurious pool furniture to relax 
after a busy day and enjoy the evening sunset.

Our upgraded home boasts a games room and a first floor loft area 
(lounge area) with comfortable sofa and armchair complete with 
TV/DVD combos, Playstation great for the young and old !!!. There 
are 2 king size Bedrooms one of which is en-suited with an oversized 
shower, bath double vanity unit, large walk-in closet, hair dryer 
and is on the first floor with beautiful views over the lake the 
second is on the ground floor with built-in closet, hair dryer and 
has an adjacent shower room . A further 3 twin bedrooms are on the 
first floor one of which has a lake view, all bedrooms have TV 
combos and clock radios. The family bathroom is also on the first 
floor and has a bath / shower with double vanity unit. Our Family 
Room is luxuriously furnished with leather sofas, 32” wide screen 
TV/DVD/ Micro Stereo with a selection of CDs and DVDs for your 
enjoyment and patio doors giving access to the pool area. A formal 
Dining Room is situated at the front of the house whilst a modern 
kitchen and nook area overlook the pool at the rear. The Kitchen is 
fully equipped and has all the modern appliances such as a large 
oven, hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, built-in microwave, large 
fridge/freezer. Adjacent is a fully fitted utility room for your 
convenience with large washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, 
iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner. A further lounge overlooking 
the pool on the Ground Floor has a double sofa bed, ideal as an extra bedroom or simply a 
room to relax in. Our home is fully air conditioned with ceiling 
fans in all bedrooms, family room and covered lanai for your comfort.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our privately owned villa is located at Calla Lily on Crescent 
Lakes, a quiet residential community but within easy reach of all 
major attractions of Kissimmee, Disney, Sea World, MGM Studios, 
Universal Studios, golf courses, horse riding, parks woodland and 
lakes. A 12 minute drive takes you into Ponciana Town Center where 
you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. We are 
within easy access of the 192 and approximately one and a half hours 
drive away are the beautiful Gold and Gulf Coast beaches, Kennedy 
Space Center, Busch Gardens and much more. Orlando airport is 
approximately 35 minutes drive but you also have the choice of 
Sanford or Tampa approximately 60 minutes or Miami approximately 4 
hours. Our Property Management Company are on hand for any help or 
advice you may require.
