Vacation Rental Description

The condo is an outstanding vacation rental with both ocean and 
mountain views from the lanai patio. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, air-
conditioned top floor unit has spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings 
throughout, fully stocked kitchen, new furniture, ample closet space, 
three TVs, broadband (slight daily charge), and tropical and 
attractive wall hangings and beautiful appointments throughout.  One 
bedroom is a loft accessed via a splendid, all-wood spiral staircase 
further enhancing the condo's special appeal.

Kihei's Kamaole Sands is a 15 acre property located directly across 
from Kamaole Beach III, a great swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling 
beach.  Easy walking (only one block) to the Kihei boat ramp to board 
the snorkeling and scuba boats going out each day.  Just a walk away 
from a variety of fine Hawaiian-style eating establishments, family 
restaurants, and convenient shopping outlets. World class golf and 
incredible shopping, dining and luaus (at Wailea) are all just a 
short drive away.

Kihei's weather is virtually perfect year-round, with much less rain 
than other parts of Maui.  Kamaole Sands, with its lush and tropical 
landscaping, spacious grounds, waterfalls, fountains, nearby 
activities, and complete amenities, make it the ideal destination for 
your family's Maui vacation.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (November 1st to April 30th):

$1,495 per full week  ($225 per day if less than a week)
Discount:  10% if 14 days or more
Minimum Stay:  3 days (7 days during Christmas and Easter)

Value Season (May 1st to October 31st):

$1,295 per week  ($195 per day if less than a week)
Discount:  10% if 10 days or more
Minimum Stay:  2 days (4 days over Memorial Day, July 4th, and 
                       Labor Day Weekends)

(1) Further Discounts: Repeat Guests, "Fill-In" Occupancy, Extended
    Stays, Referrals, Etc.
(2) All amounts in U.S. Dollars
(3) Deposit of 20% upon reservation.  Deposit non-refundable if
    reservation is cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival date.
(4) Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
(5) Cleaning Fee $85 if stay less than 7 days (due with full payment)
(6) All rates subject to Hawaii Tax (currently 11.42%)
