(Hwy 532) on Hwy 48. The well maintained, freshly painted two story
condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has
two twin beds. The first floor has a bedroom/laundry room with a
twin and twin trundle bed. The downstairs has a half-bath, full
kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar which could accommodate 10.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a comfortable sofa &
chair for relaxing or TV watching. The back deck has a large green
space with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and watch the deer.

Parking (for 2 vehicles), two televisions, Cable, CD player, DVD &
VCR players, deck, dishwasher, microwave, full size Washer/Dryer,
iron & ironing board, wood burning fireplace, dishes, glasses,
cooking utensils, and small appliances.

The Ruidoso area is the undiscovered playground for all seasons and
tastes. The Clubhouse for the condo has a pool open Memorial Day to
Labor Day and can be rented for private parties. The Ruidoso/Lincoln
County area offers skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golf, various
casinos, shopping, museums, restaurants, theatrical events at the
Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts, and live horseraciing at
Ruidoso Downs Race Track in summer months.

This non-smoking unit rents for $185 per night regularly, $250 for
holidays and special event periods. There is a two night minimum,
$300 security deposit and a $90 non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon
receiving your request for rental, a confirmation for your rental
dates and a elease of liability form will be sent. Please sign and
return the form along eith the $300 security deposit. One half the
rental money is due one month in advance of your stay. The other
half of the rental money is due one week before scheduled arrival.
Only cash or checks will be accepted; no credit cards. Please e-mail
your address, phone number and names of all who will be staying at
the unit. Security deposits will be returned within 7 days of your
departure less any assessed damages.
