Simba's Pride, Executive 6 bed 4.5 bath Villa with S/F Pool in Kissimmee

This luxury 6 bed, 4.5 bath vacation home sleeps 12(plus infant) and
has its own 30 ft pool with spa. The home is equipped to executive standard and features such as; Games room,Nintendo WII,I pod Dock, Playstation 2, internet access, cable
T.V. with D.V.D players in all bedrooms are all included. Decorated
and furnished by an interior designer the accommodation will be
appreciated by the discerning client who seeks a luxury vacation in
Florida.


The home is situated on the new Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee,
Florida, which is located less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World.
Shops and good restaurants are less than 1 mile. Emerald Island
provides facilities above and beyond other resort communities. The
clubhouse is the centre of activity providing community pool, spa
sauna, gym, arcade and more. On site there is also a playground,
volley ball and nature trail. Emerald Island is the perfect base for
your holiday of a lifetime.


Vacation Home:Ground Floor

Formal living/ dining room; this quiet and comfortable lounge
provides a seating area with ceiling fan,Nintendo WII & Games,I pod dock, cable T.V and D.V.D. player. The formal dining table seats six.


Family Room;

this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen
and is galleried from above. It is the ideal spot to relax with the
family, enjoy the 47" H/D Projection T.V with Prism Premium Package or a D.V.D. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area.


Kitchen
; the informal breakfast area seats six and also has patio
doors leading to the pool ( it also provides a good view of the T.V
in the family room!) Equipped with; cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer with ice maker and phone. The feature archway provides
easy food access to the formal dining area.


Master bedroom
; a king size four poster is the centre piece of this
luxury room which over looks the pool area. Ceiling fan, cable T.V,
D.V.D player and phone are provided. An en suite master bathroom has
his/ hers vanity unit, garden tub, separate shower and w.c.

Half bath; with wash basin and w.c.

Laundry room; Washer , Dryer & irining facilities
Games room/ garage; the kids can escape from the adults, though they
too may want to play pool, air hockey & foosball.


Pool and spa; the pool area is screened. An 8ft wide lanai spans the
back of the villa to provide shade with ceiling fan above. There are
table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You
may prefer to sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the spa. The 30 ft
pool and extended deck provide ample space for the children to play,
splash and go wild! At night the coloured pool lighting creates a
relaxing ambiance.

First floor

Opulence Master bedroom: with king bed, ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D
player, leading to the
En- suite bathroom, with vanity unit, bath with shower over and
w.c.

Bahama Master bedroom; with queen bed, ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D
player. The next door bathroom has vanity unit, bath with shower over
and w.c.

Animal kingdom twin: animal themed room with twin beds, especially
for our younger guests. Ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player are
provided.

Pirates of the Carribean  twin: film themed room with twin beds. Ceiling fan,
cable T.V and D.V.D player are provided.

Universal Studios twin: film themed room with twin beds. Ceiling fan,
cable T.V and D.V.D player are provided.

Loft Area ; With 27" Tv/DVd, PS2&games, Sofa bed, Internet
access computer.

  We have just returned from our amazing 16 night stay in Simbas Pride, we found the Villa to have the wow factor there was so much space and the villa was well equiped with everything you could ever need during your stay. All of the bedrooms are luxurious and the beds extremely comfy. A lovely touch was the welcome pack when we arrived.
  
  The location of the Villa is fabulous and only a short ride to the Disney Parks with lots of restaurants locally and its true my children did manage to watch the Disney Fireworks from the bedroom window !!! 
  
  From our initial enquiry we found the owners extremely helpful and responded to all of our emails immediately and just before we left the UK a detailed email prepared by the owners was sent full of great tips and hints. 
  
  I would highly recommend this Villa and all I can say is we had an amazing holiday and we were so sad to close the door on Simbas Pride - but you never know hopefully we may return :)

  We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay in Simba's Pride Villa. Set in beautifully, landscaped gardens with dolphin statues and fountains, is the exclusive, gated community of Emerald Island Resort on which this superior villa is situated. Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest communities to Disney property - so close in fact that on exiting the resort, the towering 'Everest' can be seen from the car window and in the evenings you can hear and see some of the Disney fireworks from the villa. After long, hot days spent in the theme parks it was lovely knowing that in minutes we were back home in the villa and into the large refreshing pool, or lounging on the extremely comfortable pool furniture. Throughout the booking process Barry, the owner was extremely helpful and very responsive. After many years of renting villas in Florida I can honestly say Simba's Pride has been the best one we have ever stayed in. One entering the villa for the first time we just thought...wow, the furnishings and decor were outstanding, clearly of a superior standard. The villa was immaculately clean, light and airy. The owner's description and photos are entirely accurate but even he can't get across just what a luxury villa this really is - they have thought of everything and more that a vacationer may look for in a perfect holiday home. It is difficult to pick out particular details of this villa that made it so special for us as genuinely everything was so great that the 2000 characters I am allowed to use in this review would not be near enough for what I would like to say. At the end of each day we would love to sit in the relaxing, bubbling Jacuzzi, reflecting on our day. Another little added touch was the welcome pack waiting for us on arrival - so no need for the initial "shopping trip for supplies” If you are looking for something just that bit extra special then look no further- Simba's Pride is quite simply ...the best.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Orlando at
your house.

It was perfect in every way! In fact, on the airline returning to
Seattle, all of us in the group (8 in all) remarked that we would not
have changed a thing. The facility was absolutely the best stocked
(with crib, bikes, games, pool etc) we have seen in our experience.
Your company does a great job maintaining it as well! We know how
much can happen to a rented house in the owner's absence.

Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses
over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of
the community. As you pass through the 24 hour guarded gatehouse the
playful dolphin fountains welcome you to this unique resort.

The clubhouse is the centre of activity with a community pool, spa,
gym, steam room, sauna, arcade and internet access. The beautifully
landscaped grounds include a children�s play area, volley ball and a
nature trail that winds through the natural woodland setting

This excellent location is less than 3 miles to Walt Disney World. Seaworld andUniversal Studios are only a short drive away. There are a number of golfcourses in the area, Magic Dunes is just 2 minutes away. For shopping there is the excellent Florida Mall, or the exclusive Millenia Mall plus many more. Downtown Disney provides shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. Closer to home there are shops, a supermarket and many restaurants ( to suit all tastes and budgets) all less than a mile from Emerald Island.
