With its spectacular view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this  
luxurious ground level, 2 bedroom 2 bath, waterfront condo will  
become your home away from home. 
 
This beatiful condo is newly decorated and fully refurbished. It  
provides ceramic tile through-out and is equipped with central A/C  
unit. It sleeps 5 comfortably. 
 
The master bedroom has a king size bedroom set, cable TV and VCR,  
with ample california closet space and private bathroom. This room  
has its own H/D plasma TV. 
 
The second bedroom provides a king size bed with a spacious walking  
closet and also cable TV. This room also maintains its own plasma TV. 
 
The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 1  
comfortably. It provides a 42 inch HD plasma TV to ensure elite  
visibility. 
 
The separate dining seats up to 5 comfortably. 
 
The kitchen area is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove,  
microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. There is full sets of pots  
and pans to serve a family of 5, along with utencils, dishes,  
glasses, etc.. 
 
In addition, its also provides linens, towels and vacuum cleaner.

ranging from moderately priced to high end gourmet. The Island  
provides with plenty of shoppes from outlets to well known boutiques. 
 
Furthermore, there is a local movie theater, for those who desire a  
family night out. 
 
Marco Island will provide a well occupied all day activities or just  
a relaxed day by the beach or pool!
