Agate Beach Retreat in Newport

This stunning 1,800+ sq ft NW chalet style townhouse has a luxurious
& welcoming feel perched above the Pacific Ocean on the beautiful
Central Oregon Coast. It is perfect for that weekend getaway with
family and friends or an extended stay to fully experience the
Pacific Coast lifestyle. We specifically cater to adults 25 years of
age or older. We welcome families with children as long as the
children are supervised and not left in the home alone.

overlooking Agate Beach.

3rd Bedroom - dual purpose den/sitting room/3rd bedroom / off the

Newport Wine and Seafood Festival; and Spring Break:
1-2 adults - $250 per night; $1,500 per week
3-4 adults - $300 per night; $1,800 per week
5-6 adults - $350 per night; $2,100 per week

Winter (Oct 15 – May 15):
1-2 adults - $200 per night; $1,200 per week
3-4 adults - $250 per night; $1,500 per week
5-6 adults - $300 per night; $1,800 per week

Winter Specials:
Valentines’ Day Special (Feb 11-16) – treat your sweetie to the
romance and intimacy of the Agate Beach Retreat – 1 couple-$125 per
night; 2 couples-$175 per night – 2 night minimum - you pick the
days

Easter Special (Apr 1-5) – celebrate this special occasion with
family and friends – stay any 3 days for the price of two

Mother’s Day Special (May 6-11) – give the Mom in your life a
special treat – let her relax in all the luxury the Agate Beach
Retreat has to offer - stay any 3 days for the price of two

Halloween Trick or Treat Special (Oct 29 through Nov 2): The trick –
enjoy the Oregon coast. Your treat: save 30% on already low winter
rates – 2 night minimum - you pick the days

Veterans’ Day Special (Nov 6-14) – honor the Veteran in your life –
stay any 3 days for the price of two

Oregon Lodging Tax – 1%*
Newport Transient Room Tax – 9.5%*
*Applies to stays less than 30 consecutive days

Long Term (3 month minimum contract) - starting at $2,200 per month

Damage Deposit: $200

To make a reservation, call or email. To hold your reservation, we
require $250 deposit for stays less than a week; $500 deposit for a
week; $1,000 deposit for a month. The balance is due 15 days prior to
your arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American
Express, or your personal check. When you make your deposit, you
assume responsibility for using and paying for all the days of your
reservation. We confirm your reservation and set aside the townhouse
for your exclusive use. If you decide to cancel, you remain
responsible for the reservation. We make your days available and will
attempt to re-book with another party. Your refund will be based on
the number of days and the per night rate that has been re-booked. It
is to your advantage to cancel a reservation you are unable to honor
with us as soon as you can.

served basis. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive
payment.
