Vacation Rental Description

Located in Volusia County on the central East coast, Ponce Inlet is 
a secluded seaside community with an appealing "small town 
atmosphere" just minutes from the action and excitement of Daytona 
Beach.  Ideally located, we are just a short drive drive to Orlando, 
Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral. From boating to museums, as well as 
recreational facilities including golf, Ponce Inlet has something 
for everyone.  

Our comfortably furnished ocean-front condo is a 3-bedroom corner 
unit on the 4th floor, with balcony (also furnished) off the living 
room and master bedroom.  The unit is tastefully appointed (renovated 
2005) and has all the comforts and conveniences of home--and more!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit includes king-sized bed in the master, queen-size bed in 
2nd bedroom, and two full-size beds in 3rd bedroom.  All bedrooms 
appointed with cable, color TV.  Living room boasts a 42" color 
television with DVD Player and Stereo/CD player.  Roomy dining area 
with seating for six, plus two bar stools at the adjacent kitchen 
island.  Fully appointed kitchen includes a reach-in refrigerator 
with water and icemaker in the door, 4-Burner cooktop, oven, 
microwave, and all typical small appliances. Washer & dryer included.
A book library, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and family games are 
also included for your vacation enjoyment.

Free underground parking (one space) and convenient deck parking is 
included.  The building, parking garage and gate to the vehicle-free 
beach are access-controlled for your added comfort and security.  
Property manager is on-site weekdays.

Activities and Attractions

The Condominium boasts two freshwater swimming pools with direct 
beach access.  The Club Room can be reserved for special parties, 
based upon availability, and coordinated through the on-site 
Property Manager.  

We are just a few miles from the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, one 
of the best preserved, most complete Light Stations in the nation. 
Walking distance from an excellent beach bar and grill, and just 
minutes from many additional restaurant choices on the secluded 
Inlet or Halifax River.  All of the action and adventure of Daytona 
Beach (from mini-golf, public golf, grocery & shopping, to the world 
famous Daytona Beach International Speedway) are a very convenient 
drive from the peace and tranquility that is Ponce Inlet.  An 
excellent place for all vacation appetites! 

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rentals Only.  Our condominium is zoned for monthly rentals 
only, and rates are subject to additional 12.5% state and local 
taxes. There is a $75 departure cleaning fee in addition to the 
rental.  We are pleased to negotiate rates for extended stays that 
include off season months (3+ months). 2008 Monthly rates 
are:

January - April 2008:  $2,900 per month 
May 2008:  $2,100
June - August 2008:  $2,900 (August not available)
September - December 2008:  $1,900 per month
