Vacation Rental Description

We are located in a relatively small complex with full security that 
makes this condo a most desirable destination for those guests 
wishing peace, serenity and magnificent views overlooking the beach 
and beyond.  Our end unit condo is ideally located at KM 40.8 on the 
Free Road just north of Las Gaviotas that is eight miles south of 
Rosarito and 5 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo.  The condo is 1800 
square feet, split-level with two bedrooms and 2½ baths.  
The condo has very comfortable furnishings and there are four 
balconies to enjoy your morning espresso (machine supplied) and 
champagne and BBQ on one balcony in the evening. Enjoy a fire pit 
just down steps on the cliff overlooking the ocean.  There is a large 
rock outcropping to watch all kinds of large birds perching and a 
telescope to zoom in and see the stars.  An infinity pool and hot 
tub have spectacular views of the ocean. There is also a BBQ nearby
to gather your friends for pool-side activities.

Summer (April thru September) – 2 night minimum, up to 4 adults & 2 
children
		Weekends:  160.00 per night (Fri. - Sun.)
		Mid-Week:  140.00 per night (Mon. - Thurs.)
		Holidays:  180.00 per night
		$40.00 cleaning fee 
		$300.00 damage deposit (refundable after cleaning)
		
Winter (October thru March) – 2 night minimum, up to 4 adults & 2 
children
		Weekends:  150.00 per night (Fri. - Sun.)
		Mid-Week:  135.00 per night (Mon. - Thurs.)
		Holidays:  175.00 per night
		$40.00 cleaning fee 
		$300.00 damage deposit (refundable after cleaning)

Check-in 2:00, Check-out 11:00 

Payments:

Personal or Cashier Check of total due at time of reservation.  
Directions and entry arrangements will be given when payment is
