25 minutes drive away. 3 golf courses nearby one of them a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

- APR-OCT  = low season

Rental rates in USD

- minimal rent 3 days, low 150.-, high 195.- based on 2-bedroom occupancy 
- one week low 890.-, high 1090.-, based on 2-bedroom occupancy   
- rental rate when only 1-bedroom (Master) is needed, deduct 15%
- rental rate when all 3-bedrooms are needed, add 15%.

Utilities

- Electricity & end-cleaning included.
  (If rented more then 3 weeks, electricity will be charged separately).

Payment

Once the reservation is firm, a 25% pre-payment is required.
In case of cancellation, pre-payments are non refundable.
