Vacation Rental Description

Completely renovated historic home, located in the historic centre of  
Santiago, 19 foot ceilings, nice garden with a good sized pool.  
Living and dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, all with brand new A/C, 
two baths. One bedroom with a quality King size bed, the other two 
rooms with quality Queen size beds. All rooms have ceiling fans too.  
Calle 76, between 55 y 57, three blocks from Santiago Park, is a quiet 
street with international and Mexican neighbourhood. No parking problems.

Dzibichaltun, Kabah, Labna, Sayil and Xlapak, all within two hours  
drive. Cultural centers, museums, theaters, concerts and shopping are  
all within walking distance. The white beaches of Progreso are only  
25 minutes drive away.  
 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

- minimal rent 3 days, USD 195.- per day 
- one week USD 1100.-  
- one month stay USD 3100.-. 
- Christmas and Easter holidays, plus USD 250.- per week.   
- rent for more than one month, subject to negotiation.   
  
Once the reservation is firm, a 25% Pre-payment is required.  
In case of cancellation, Pre-payments are non refundable.
