NEW queen's size mattresses, cooktop and ceremic floor! Bright and sunny upper level end unit with 2 bedrooms and a loft. There are 3 single beds in the loft (perfect for 6-13 years old). With a queens size sofa bed in the living room and a queens size bed in each of the two bedrooms, this unit next to a swan pond, an outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor tennis courts, sleeps 9 (with young kids included). Short walk (5-8 min.) or bike ride to a 1/2 mile private guarded beach. Shuttle bus stop to the beach just around the corner. Shuttle bus goes around the Sea Colony resort every 3 min. between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Marketplace at Sea Colony (3 minute walk) has 2 restaurants, a beauty shop, gift shops, beach goods store and bike rentals.

And yet the community is within walking distance to quaint shops and services and only minutes away from tax-free outlet shopping at nearby Rehoboth Beach. 5/28 - 6/16 - $1,200 (or $175 per night*)

6/16 - 8/25 - $1,550 (weekly rentals only)

8/25 - 9/10 - $1,200 (or $175 per night*)

9/10 - 12/31 - $125 per night*

* a min. of 3, 4 or 5 nights required. For partial week rentals, a cleaning cost of $90 will be added. 

The above-listed rates do NOT include the $10 (1/1-5/13 and 9/17-12/31), $15 (5/14-6/3 and 9/3-16) OR $35 (6/4 -9/2) per person (age 4 and above) recreation fee which is to be paid directly to Sea Colony upon arrival.  The recreation fee gives you 2 parking permits and full access to all Sea Colony amenities including the indoor/outdoor pools and tennis facilities, use of fitness center, and access to private guarded beach.

$75 security deposit plus 50% deposit at time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. At least two adults of age 25 and above must accompany the family group during the entire stay.
