Dining table seats 6. Seperate bedroom with comfy queen size bed and
dresser. Futon in dining room for extra bedding.( has door to close off for privacy.)
Full size complete kitchen w/ dishwasher, oven and ref.          Easy care wood laminate flooring throughout. Seashell Bathroom with tub/shower.

Dec.-May : $2950 monthly  $995 Weekly  $145 nightly+ 12%tax Jan,Feb,&March are all monthly rentals only    

June-Nov.:  $2950 monthly $865 weekly $125 nightly+12%tax
5 nite minimum
 $200 returnable deposit holds your dates.
 $85 cleaning fee. Rents are due in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
