Dining table seats 6. Seperate bedroom with comfy queen size bed and
dresser. Futon in dining room for extra bedding.( has door to close off for privacy.)
Full size complete kitchen w/ dishwasher, oven and ref.          Easy care wood laminate flooring throughout. Seashell Bathroom with tub/shower.

 Summer Rates : $799 weekly June-Nov.     

 Winter Rates: $925 per week Dec.-May $2400 monthly

 $200 returnable deposit holds your dates minus cleaning fee.
 $75 cleaning fee
