The Seashell Cottage is a charming older Florida style Cottage. Walk out the
french doors to a spacious deck area w/patio furniture for lounging.
Feel the warmth of the sun as you lounge on the deck area....
Living room has 2 comfy sofas, lots of windows, color tv.
Charming Pottery Barn style decor.
Dining table seats 6. Seperate bedroom with comfy queen size bed and
dresser. Futon in dining room for extra bedding.( has door to close off for privacy.)
Full size complete kitchen w/ dishwasher, oven and ref. Easy care wood laminate flooring throughout. Seashell Bathroom with tub/shower.

5 nite minimum,plus 12% tax
$200 returnable deposit holds your dates.
$85 cleaning fee. Rents are due in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
