patio/gameroom is a spacious 900 sq. ft. adjacent to the pool, 
surrounded by naturally landscaped private gardens and spectacular

* December - April  $9500 - $11000/mo., $3000 - $3500/wk. 
* May -  November  $6000 - $9500/mo., $2000 - $3000/wk.

* Special rates apply for holidays, Fantasy Fest and lobster season

Rates negotiable depending on availability. 
50% due at booking - balance due 90 days prior to arrival. 
Charges for cleaning and utilities will be incurred should usage/fees 
exceed $200. This will be deducted from your security deposit.
(Monroe County requires a 28 day minimum rental. You will be required 
to sign a 28 day 
lease and only be charged for the actual time used.)
