Jax Beach direct oceanfront condo. Beautiful, large 3rd floor unit 
with big balcony overlooking pool, sundeck and beach. 2BD/2BA, queen 
sized sleeper sofa. Tiled floors, gourmet kitchen w/ granite 
counters & undercabinet lighting on a dimmer switch (very romantic 
at night)! Nice artwork on walls, oceanfront balcony has table & 
chairs for morning coffee or evening dining while watching the 
surf.  
True Beach penthouse !!!

(with an ocean backdrop) expanded cable w/HBO, BBQ grills under pool 
gazebo, all beach chairs & towels are provided, unit has W/D 
Building is not handicap accessible (no elevator)

Walk to festive area of Jacksonville Beach w/ fine & casual 
shopping and dining. If you don't already know, you will find that 
South Jax Bch is one of the most casual, laid-back areas on Earth.
 
Flat beach for biking, walking, jogging, sunning, shelling. Surf-
fishing is at your back door as well as great offshore charters.
