Beautiful, large 3rd floor unit with big balcony overlooking pool, sundeck dunes and the beach. 2BD / 2 full baths (very spacious, over 1400 sq ft'),, Tiled floors, gourmet kitchen w/ corrian counters & undercabinet lighting on a dimmer switch (very romantic at night)! Nice artwork on walls, oceanfront balcony has table & chairs for morning coffee or evening dining while watching the surf.

Jax Beach is very far from the Gulf of Mexico and 60 miles from the gulfstream. We will not see any effects from the BP oil spill here. When your shoes come off, the only thing between your toes here, will be sand 

Gated oceanfront pool & sundeck, two reserved parking spaces, 32" Insignia HDTV in Living Room (with an ocean backdrop),, 27" Sony Trinitron in MB, DVD, VCR / expanded cable w/HBO ........ BBQ grills are under the pool gazebo, all beach chairs & towels are provided. Condo does have full-size W/D set 

Building is not handicap accessible (no elevator).... unit has a queen bed in master bedroom and spare room, and a queen sized sleep sofa.

Beach bikes, chairs and internet can be provided at no charge during your stay

Walk to festive area of Jacksonville Beach w/ fine & casual
shopping and dining. If you don't already know, you will find that
South Jax Beach is one of the most casual, laid-back areas on Earth.
Flat beach for biking, walking, jogging, sunning, shelling. Surf-
fishing or fishing from the Jax beach pier is at your back door as well as great offshore charters.

Sometimes you may want to just sit on the beach, by the pool or on the balcony and read one of the exciting or romantic novels I have in the condo
