(with an ocean backdrop),, TV in MB, DVD, VCR / expanded cable w/HBO, Bar BQ grills under pool
gazebo, all beach chairs & towels are provided. It is a spacious unit (over 1400 sq ft') and it does have W/D
Building is not handicap accessible (no elevator).... unit has a queen, double bed and queen sized sleep sofa.

Walk to festive area of Jacksonville Beach w/ fine & casual
shopping and dining. If you don't already know, you will find that
South Jax Bch is one of the most casual, laid-back areas on Earth.
Flat beach for biking, walking, jogging, sunning, shelling. Surf-
fishing is at your back door as well as great offshore charters.
