Nice artwork on walls, oceanfront balcony has table & chairs for morning coffee or evening dining while watching the surf.

Gated oceanfront pool & sundeck, 2 prkng spaces, 32" Insignia HDTV in Living Room (with an ocean backdrop),, 31" Sony Trinitron in MB, DVD, VCR / expanded cable w/HBO ........ BBQ grills are under the pool gazebo, all beach chairs & towels are provided. It is a spacious unit (over 1400 sq ft') and it does have a W/D
Building is not handicap accessible (no elevator).... unit has a queen, double bed and queen sized sleep sofa.

Beach cruiser bikes can be provided at no charge during your stay

shopping and dining. If you don't already know, you will find that
South Jax Beach is one of the most casual, laid-back areas on Earth.
Flat beach for biking, walking, jogging, sunning, shelling. Surf-
