on the beach. There are only 4 units per floor in this exclusive building
and yours is direct oceanfront. Looking South and East. None better in the
building.

This means you walk out the front door and are on the beach. No
streets to cross or traffic to deal with.

There is a large balcony along the front of the unit for your relaxing
comfort. Fantastic ocean view from every room.

The beach is quite private in this area of Daytona Beach Shores. Not nearly
as many cars on the beach as in Daytona Beach, which is just one half mile
north.

Everything is supplied for your enjoyment. Nothing to bring from
home except your expectations for a wonderful time. Kitchen has all
pots, pans, appliances, dishes, etc. All linens are supplied for
your bedding and bath needs. The condo is equippend with a washer and
dryer and there is also a dishwasher. When you get ready to leave,
please take out the garbage, (send down the chute), and wash your dishes. We
will do the rest. Our price includes the departure cleaning fee. Most others
charge extra.

There are 4 TV's, VCR and DVD with full cable TV

views of the Daytona skyline, where you can enjoy happy hour and a gourmet
meal without even leaving the building!

$200 deposit drawn on a US bank is required to book reservation

Personal checks are fine for deposit and payments. Full payment must
be made 45 days prior to arrival

Sorry, no credit cards are accepted

Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days prior to arrival with a $200
cancellation fee charged or apply the fee to a later reservation during the
same year.

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%. The
departure cleaning fee is included in our price. Most others charge
extra for it.

This unit is classified as a resort dwelling as defined in section
509.242 FS, and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant
to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation

Internet Special rate runs $1400 plus tax all weeks of the year

except special events or holidays which run more.

Race Week $3000 plus tax.

Bike Week $3000 plus tax.

All other special events or holidays run $1750 plus tax.       .

My price includes everything except the 12 1/2% tax.  Most others
charge you extra for cleaning fee, etc. Not me. This is the price.
