We have the one of the best views, beaches, rates, and location in
Cancun! We have openings in fall and beyond! You will be staying at a
fabulous beach, with magnificent turquoise water of the Caribbean, just
at your feet. It's the place to stay with it's subperb location. This is
a lovely Cancun beachfront condo, that has been recently remodeled! It is a larger studio unit, and sleeps 5
(6 with children). The beautiful Cancun condominium is an ocean front unit,
with an unbeatable Caribbean ocean view. It is on a gorgeous,
powdery, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex
is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the premiere
night clubs such as Carlos and Charlies, Senor Frogs, Cocobongos,
and many more. We are walking distance to the top 5 night clubs,
many restaurants, activities, flea markets,shopping centers,
convenience store, banks, and internet. The condo is located in
Girasol. It has a fabulous, large balcony, with spectacular
Caribbean ocean views! There are marble floors throughout the condo.
It has two nice, oceanside pools. A fantastic deal! Cancun is
the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'. The condo has been recently remodeled. It has

new furniture, kitchenette, bathroom and tile, cabinets, closets, and more!
Pictured is the lovely beach, with sparkling, turquoise, clear, warm
water. Condo is located in the Punta Cancun area and is on Chac-Mol
beach. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of ocean
waves! Take a refreshing dip in one of two lovely oceanside pools.
Pools have lounge chairs to lay on, and help you work on your
Caribbean tan! Palapas are located on the beach, to sit in the shade,
and enjoy the beach scenery. Bus lines are in front of the condo,
cost sixty five cents, and run constantly. Taxis are in front of the
condo area, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a car! Tour
office, sports rental and rental car assistance is also in the hotel
lobby. Relax completely in this tropical paradise!

The unit is fully furnished, with 1 full size sleeper couch, table
with 4 chairs, 2 full beds, cable tv, kitchenette, and more. The
condo is ready for your full enjoyment of this
tropical paradise! Amenities include:
Larger, private balcony with fantastic ocean view. Includes 2 patio
chairs and small table. You can sit out and savor the ocean scenery!
Or, kick back, and enjoy a scenic meal outdoors.

The condo is professionally cleaned before check-in, and after check-
out. Additional cleaning (during your stay) is $15 and can be
arranged by calling Alex (our Mexican partner) at 185-7210.
2 lovely oceanside pools, one upper, one lower. One is shallower,
one deeper. Lounge chairs are provided around the pool deck. Lovely
ocean view. It has:
Kitchenette with utensils, dishes, silverware, cups, microwave,
small refrigerator, coffee maker, broiler, burner.
Pay phone in lobby. Condo has boogie boards, water toys, iron, hair dryer,
books, cards, games. Wifi in the lobby.
Direct access to the beach.
There is a good restaurant and bar on site, that are reasonably
priced. You can even be served your drinks on the beach! They are
open for breakfast and lunch. For a fee the condo hotel offers
tours, room service, car rentals, and water sports. There is also a bank
nearby and they offer currency exchange. Starbucks is near and has free wifi,
if you have a laptop. Refresh yourself in one of the two nice oceanfront
pools, or take part in on of the wide variety of activities we have to offer.
Sleeps 6 with children, 5 with adults.

You will be staying close to many activities. The area has water
sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling,
boogie boarding, swimming, scubs, water skiing, jet skiing, boogie
boarding, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent
restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They
are all only minutes away by walking, taxi or bus. You can go to
jungle tours, water parks, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel
in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza (Mayan ruins),
bargain shop at the flea markets across the street, just take it
easy and soak in the sun, or taking a trip to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres
or the Mayan ruins are fun and fascinating. Check our main website
for more activity details. There is so much to do here- for a family,
or a romantic getaway for the two of you! You do not generally need
a car- they are expensive, and there are buses for 65 cents up and down the
main streets. If you take tours, they will generally pick you up at your hotel.
