Villa Mango is the penthouse with a Palapa covered terrace with
sweeping valley, town, jungle and tropical garden views. There are 2
bedrooms 2 bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen.

Rates: Nov Thru May - $840.00/week -$120.00/night
Jun thru Oct - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

Villa Papaya is our largest Villa and has a large terrace with sweeping valley, town, jungle and tropical garden views. There is 1 bedroom, 1 ¼ baths, living
room with built in sofa that will sleep 2 adults, dining room and a
full kitchen. There is also a built in sofa on the large terrace
that can be used for additional outdoor sleeping.

Rates: Nov thru May - $840.00/week - $120.00/night
Jun thru Oct - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

Villa Coco & Pina each have a king bed on the lower level and a
queen bed in the loft, 1 bathroom, patio or inside dining. There are
also built in sofas on the terraces that can also be used for
sleeping. There is a door between the terraces of these two villas
that can be left locked for privacy or unlocked to accommodate
families or friends traveling together.

Jun thru Oct -$420.00/week - $60.00/night

In the last year our family and our friends have stayed over 20 weeks, collectively, at Casa Jacobo. Prior to staying at Jacobo we've stayed at other Sayulita vacation rentals and there are plenty of reasons why we recommend Jacobo to so many friends.

Sayulita is a great place for a family vacation and staying at Casa Jacobo makes it even better. Casa Jacobo is ideally located for short walks to several beaches and an easy stroll into the main Plaza of Sayulita. You can't go wrong staying in any of the 4 casitas at Jacobo as they each have nice kitchens, fantastic outdoor living spaces and extremely comfortable beds. If you need to keep in touch while on vacation there is internet access which can be enjoyed poolside or in your casita.

But the location and amenities are only half of the reasons to stay at Casa Jacobo. Jacobo is run by two of the nicest people you will ever meet who will do just about anything to make sure you are having the best time imaginable. Z and Terri take hospitality to the next level and do an incredible job of acting as a concierge to all of their guests. Whether picking you up at the airport or grilling up the day's catch, they have a smile on their faces and a willingness to make their guests feel at home. You'd be hard-pressed to find two better hosts than Terri and Z.

The high number of returning guests that Casa Jacobo experiences is proof that it is definitely a top pick for a Sayulita vacation rental.

The owners of Casa Jacobo go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. They are totally responsive to your requests, and make you feel at home. I could not possibly more highly recommend this casa. We look forward to our return.

I always wondered why Casa Jacobo got so many good reviews, now I know. We stayed at this great place for 2 weeks in January and had the pleasure of meeting "Z" and Terri. Wow, they are the best! They are there for what ever you need, they go out of their way to help and make your stay the best it can be. We had everything we needed in our casita, we were close enough to the beach and the plaza to make it an easy walk, yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. "Z" makes you feel like he has been your friend forever, and like you belong, not just another tourist. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Jacobo, it is truly a great place. Thanks "Z" and Terri and all your family, Jimmie, your grandkids, Brodie and Cruz, we really enjoyed our stay! John and Lynn
