Vacation Rental Description

Condo in a new and beautifully landscaped development in a quiet 
residential area.  You would never guess there was a large shopping 
mall across the road, extending to cinemas, and dozens of restaurants 
in easy walking distance. 
 
Located near the intersection of I-405 and I-90, we’re just 15 minutes 
from the Seattle waterfront, downtown, and the ferries across the 
sound.  20 minutes gets you to the airport.   The Mountains to Sound 
Greenway is on our doorstep, and will take you to the top of the 
Cascades and the Alpine Lakes Wilderness in 45 minutes, for hiking in 
summer and skiing in winter.   Lakeside playgrounds are 5 minutes 
drive, or 15 to walk. 
 
Large ground floor condominium. Walk out of the living room door on to 
our large and sheltered lawn, or keep an eye on our beautiful pool and 
hot tub area.  
 
Inside there is a continental bath, with extra sink in the master 
bedroom.  New appliances throughout, including a full size washer and 
dryer.  Queensize bed in the master and full size twins in the second 
bedroom. An extra bed is available in the living room. 
 
This is also an ideal location for many hi-tech businesses.

       $120/night  (Five night minimum) 
       $720/wk 
 
May - September 
       $155/night (Five night minimum) 
       $950/week 
 
$120 refundable damage deposit. $50 Cleaning fee. 
50% of All rents and fees to reservation.  Balance due upon arrival. 
Cancellation Policy.	Up to 60 days before arrival – 100% refund       
                         
                        60 days or less – 50% refund 
Maximum of 4 adults.
