Enjoy the ultimate in convenience when you stay in one of our one
bedroom condos in the Fireside at the Village complex. With less
than 300 yards to the Village, shops, restaurants, and
events are only steps away, with no need to worry about noise,
parking or congestion. Think of it � the perfect powder day, and no
digging out your car, or waiting for a packed shuttle bus � just
stroll over to the gondola!
The first floor condo has been newly renovated and features
upscale mountain d�cor with all the comforts of home. There is a
king bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable double sleeper sofa in
the living room across from the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen
is well equipped, and there is an outdoor grill for those who like
to barbecue.
There is a TV with HBO, DVD/VCR and stereo system as well as
wireless high speed internet access, plus a second TV in the bedroom.
We have two one bedroom condos right next to each other, so if you
have a larger group, both can be rented. We also have a large 2
plus loft condo in the same complex that sleeps up to 13.
The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor
pool, spa and sauna with views of the Sherwins.
This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Rates include Cleaning & Booking Fees, but not the 13% lodging tax. 

Visa or Mastercard security deposit required. 

Ask about discounts for midweek stays or longer visits. 

Four guests maximum. One bedroom condo next door is available for larger groups, or you can 
consider either our 1 bedroom plus loft (sleeps 6) or our 1700 sq foot 2+L (sleeps 13) in the same 
complex.
