Vacation Rental Description

backyard and furnished patio shaded by a 60 year old Banyan tree.  Enjoy the comforts of home and 
vacation conveniences.  Special features include blue pearl granite kitchen counter tops, expansive 
desk area and breakfast bar; dining area in sun room; queen beds in master and second bedrooms; and 
queen sofabed (two) with comfortable memory foam mattress - in private living room and in sun room; 
plenty of dresser and closet space; new appliances, new central air conditioning and heating, 
upscale ceiling fans; three elegant bathrooms each with tub and/or stone tiled shower; jacuzzi tub 
in master bath; two car garage; and outdoor furniture (tiled dining table and 4 chairs, bistro table 
and 2 cushioned chairs with ottoman, and 2 lounge chairs).  

Located a few minutes walk to beach, and a stroll (drive or local trolley ride) to various local 
public beaches, parks, shopping, retaurants, and entertainment.  Close to Pass-a-Grille, Fort De 
Soto Park, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Gulf Port Beach, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, Tampa 
International Airport, local amusement parks (e.g. Busch Gardens, ~40 minutes) and various tourist 
activities within close walking, trolley or driving distance. Quiet residential area is secluded yet 
nearby major routes to North, South or Central Forida attractions (e.g. Sarasoto; Disney Theme 
Parks). 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Many basic household amenities include: washing machine & dryer, new refrigerator & dishwasher, oven 
& stove top, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot & grinder, tea pot, assorted cookware-dishes-
utensils, basic pantry convenience items, 2 BBQ grills & tools, sheets & towels, 2 hair dryers, iron 
& ironing board, TV/Video player, videos, books, local restaurant & activity guides & maps, 4 beach 
chairs, portable phones, broadband cable & wireless Internet. 

Activities and Attractions

In the heart of St Petes Beach, near the famous large pink Don Cesar hotel.  Wonderfully located 
near beaches, quaint/artistic as well as everyday convenience shopping and restaurants. Trolley stop 
is a few minutes from house and runs between local villages and beaches. Activities include 
sunbathing, swimming, fishing, dolphin & manatee watching, tennis, boating, wind-surfing, scuba 
diving, snorkeling, movies, dancing, theater, museums, zoo, aquarium, camping, sports arenas, 
casino, public library, shopping, spa treatments, varied festivals and amusement activities (e.g. 
volleyball; trampoline; water rides;playgrounds) and eateries on the wide variety of local beaches, 
and walking or jogging at beaches or various scenic parks.  

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st through August 31st - $800/week.
September 1st through December 21st - $850/week.
December 22nd through March 31st - $1,150/week. 
April 1st through May 31st - $950/week.

Wireless Internet, utilities, cable TV, VCR, local phone (USA calls, 
toll free) are included. 

12% Florida Tax additional. Hold reservation with 50% Deposit.
Balance and Refundable Security Deposit ($500) due 30 days prior to 
arrival. 7 night minimum preferred, but special short stays welcome. 
Additional days are prorated at the single week rate.  Departure 
clean-up services = $75. Until confirmed, rates are subject to 
change without notice.  Prices may be subject to change depending on 
demands.
