12% Florida Tax additional. Hold reservation with 50% Deposit.
Balance and Refundable Security Deposit ($500) due 30 days prior to
arrival. 7 night minimum preferred, but special short stays welcome.
Additional days are prorated at the single week rate. Departure
clean-up services = $100. Until confirmed, rates are subject to
change without notice. Prices may be subject to change depending on
demands, and surcharges may be added, depending on rental requirments.
