Vacation Rental Description

Take 6 steps off your deck and you're in the sand - this is paradise!  There are experiences that can't be  
described with words: shell hunting on the beach in the morning, walking/playing in the sand all day long, and  
relaxing with a beachside bonfire at night all come to mind.  Come make your own memories! 
   Our beachfront duplex is letter D on attached picture.  The best  
location on the beach - walking distance to everything (1666 I  
Street).  Tastefully decorated and complete with all the comforts of  
home.   
  This is a side by side duplex with each side having 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; rates are per side; rent one side or  
both sides for larger groups. 
  This is what one of our customers recently had to say "What a  
magical place!  You’ve heard it in the past – Location, Location,  
Location – well this location can’t be beat!  The beach is just off  
the deck, and the ocean is so close.    I’ve done the condo thing in  
the past, but I just didn’t like being that far up and having to  
take the elevator down to get to the beach.  The cottage isn’t  
fancy, but it has everything we need, and to be able to sit out on  
the deck and drink my coffee every morning while watching the  
dolphins in the ocean is PRICELESS.  As soon as I find out our  
spring break week for next year, we’ll be calling to rebook!"

   Please note this duplex is located adjacent to the Beach Pub.  The Beach Pub is  
open from 10AM-10PM daily, and is a relatively quiet place serving only beer & wine.  The attached  
picture was taken during the busiest time - Spring Break.

   Public Pool with water slide approximately 1 mile away. 
   Shelling, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and the beach right off  
your deck!!
