Vacation Rental Description

Wonderful house in San Crisanto Beach, located at 24 kilometers from 
Progreso Beach(30 minutes) and 7km from Telchac Beach. "Paradise 
Beach" in San Crisanto is synonymous of adventure and coexistence with 
 nature. It is a destiny for swimmers, nature lovers, and people 
looking for some peace. In "Paradise Beach" you will not find thousand 
of tourists, or salesmen. San Crisanto is a very quiet fishing town, 
where you can enjoy the beach, the breezes, palm trees, stars, 
fishing, mangroves, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. If you´re 
looking for peace and relaxing time, this is the ideal place for a 
tropical vacation on the ocean. 
 
Downstairs features the living room, dining room, kitchen, a little 
bedroom with an individual bed, a complete bathroom, a roofed terrace 
on the front, an other bigger terrace with no roof but coconut trees, 
a nice palapa with an ocean view and a swimming pool. there is also a 
parking lot for 5 cars.    
  
3 Bedrooms on the second floor, each one with a complete bathroom. 
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, and a big terrace where you can 
enjoy sunrises and sunsets, and an unforgettable dinner.  
Second bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony where you can see the 
swimming pool and the ocean front.  
Third bedroom has a smaller bed but you are always welcome to hang a 
hammock .  
  
Public transportation goes to Telcha, Chicxulub and Merida, three 
times daily. You can get it right behind the house. However,  
having a car would be more comfortable.  
Locals in San Crisanto are very friendly. You can also enjoy the best 
seafood ever. There is also an Ecoturistic Complex to the mangroves.  
 
In Yucatan you can enjoy Chichen-itza (ONE OF THE 7 WONDERS OF THE 
WORLD), Uxmal, Mayapan, and Can-Cun.   
 
The closest airport is Mérida´s International Airport (an hour  
away).Cancún´s International Airport is 4 hours away by car.

service 
-Xtampo is an archaeological place near to San Crisanto (20 min) by car  
-Flamingos and birdwatching 
-Telchac (next village) has a small market, a high-speed Internet 
cafe, liquor stores, restaurants, churches. 
-Merida (capital city of Yucatan)has A LOT OF TOURISTIC 
ATTRACTIONS.(1:20 min) 
-CHICHE ITZA (ONE OF THE NEW SEVEN WONDERS) is localed about 1:30 hrs 
from Merida.
