peace and quiet. Large master bedroom with private bath. Two other bedrooms on second floor with
shared hallway full bath. Downstairs bedroom/den with day bed and trumble. Queen size sofa bed in
living room. Downstairs half bath.
Large deck overlooking backyard and playset.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully furnished and ready to go. Kitchen amenities include utensils, plates, pots, pans, and of
course the kitchen sink. Linens can be provided if requested. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central
air conditioning, gas fireplace.
Activities and Attractions
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Poconos. Minutes away from white water rafting, biking, skirmish,
and Nascar racing. Take some time and visit the historical village of Jim Thorpe. Browse through
the shops or take a scenic train ride. If rest and relaxation is what your looking for, enjoy
reading a book on the front porch or back deck. The community has a swimming pool, tennis courts,
basketball courts, as well as a playground. There are also two beach front areas by the lake. Take

Vacation Rental Rates
Weekly rates are as follows:
$1250/wk unless special events or holidays.
Weekend rates:
$250/night with a two night minimum. Three night minimum during holiday weekends.
