Vacation Rental Description

Wake up to this breathtaking view of South Shore and North Shore every 
morning. This beachfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, seventh floor, 
corner condominium is conveniently located on Punta Negra Beach on the 
scenic highway to Mismaloya only four miles south of Puerto Vallarta 
downtown. You will have spectacular views of sunset from this unit. 
The main living area and master bedroom open onto the beachfront 
terrace. You can lounge around the heated condo pool or walk on the 
quiet secluded beach. 
 
The building has 24 hour security and English speaking administrative 
staff to help you with your needs.Maid service twice a week is 
included in the rental price. Transportation to downtown is very 
convenient and you don't need a car. Bus stop is across the street 
from the building and buses run every ten minutes. Taxi station is 
close by and you can call for Taxi anytime. 
 
Don't stay in a hotel when you can enjoy your own retreat, sunsets and dining in (at least  
sometimes).

$115/night from May 1st to Oct 31st - 5 nights minimum 
$175/night from Nov. 1st to April 30th - 5 nights minimum 
$260/night during Christmas & new Year weeks - 7 nights minimum 
Add $15/night if you wish to stay fewer nights than the minimum 
Rates include twice a week maid service 
$200 security deposit required
