Vacation Rental Description

Very clean,updated and tastefully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath, 3rd 
Floor unit. There is a large private balcony that can be accessed by 
both bedrooms and the living room. This balcony provides a great 
view of the Historic Jupiter Lighthouse and the gorgeous blue 
Intracoastal waters and is great for just relaxing and enjoying the 
beautiful and sunny South Florida weather. This condo is located on 
the very tranquil and desirable Jupiter Island and has a deeded 
walkway which takes you right to the ocean just across the street! 
The unit has split bedrooms and two large walk-in closets. One is 
full of beach items. Master bedroom has a king size bed and guest 
room has two twins.This unit is fully furnished, Turnkey, with A/C, 
Heat, T.V., DVD, stereo, cable, linens,towels,kitchen utensils, 
refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, icemaker,microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, smoke detector. Just bring your 
clothes! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property has a community pool for swimming and entertaining and 
a day dock on the intracoastal which can be used for boating, jet 
skiing and watersports. There is also a designated BBQ/picnic area 
for grilling and eating outdoors. The laundry facilities(washers and 
dryers) are located across the hall. The condo has a lobby, 
elevator, 
outside stairs, trash chute and open parking.
 

Activities and Attractions

Close to great beaches and parks for snorkeling,scubadiving,surfing, 
windsurfing, jet skiing, boating, kyaking, canoeing and fishing. 
Sidewalks for jogging, walking, bikeriding, rollerblading and 
sightseeing. Public and private golfcourses, tennis courts, great 
restaurants, marinas, shopping, theaters, grocery stores and 
entertainment are all nearby.

Palm Beach International Airport is about 30 minutes south.

Vacation Rental Rates

* Seasonal Rent (December 1 through April 30)is $3000/month

* Off season Rent(May1 through November 30) is $2000/month

*This condo association requires a 2 month minimum and tenant       
approval.

*Security deposit of $1000 is required. Tenant application fee $100, 
exit cleaning fee $100, tenant pays electric over $50/month. All 
other utilities, besides long distance service, is included in the 
monthly rent.

*Local phone service is established but tenant would be responsible 
for establishing long distance service if desired.
