living room you can enjoy a new large sectional sofa in front of a
gas wood fireplace, backed with stone tile. There is a rustic wood
dinning table that seats eight. The entertainment center includes a
stereo, cable TV, VHS and DVD player and a selection of DVD’s and
games.
The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove and microwave,
Analon gourmet cookware, new dishes, silverware and utensils, a bar
and barstools. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen
size bed and new bedding.
There is wireless high speed internet access, a washer and dryer,
garage parking for one car and a driveway for an additional two
cars, depending on the snow conditions. Snow plow service is
provided in the winter.
The home is easily accessible from North Lake Boulevard and Highway
80 via 267. Centrally located, it is approximately 15 minutes from
Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village. Reno is approximately 45
minutes from the home.

Note: There is an attached unit with a separate entrance (lowest of 3 floors)that is occupied by a young, quiet professional couple. The only shared space is the garage. The house is well insulated and very private. The rates are discounted to reflect the unit.

Minutes from several ski resorts - 7 miles to Northstar Ski Resort,
10 miles to Diamond Peak, 12 miles to Mount Rose, 16 miles to Alpine
Meadows, 17 miles to Squaw Valley, 3 miles to Tahoe Regional Park
(cross country skiing or snowshoeing).
7 blocks to the lake, 3 blocks to hiking and biking trails and
4 blocks to the Tahoe Wellness Center – massage, yoga & rock wall

The home is close to several downhill and cross country ski resorts
(see above for exact distance). It is also in walking distance to
the lake, where you will find sandy beaches, picnic areas and
volleyball courts. Also, numerous restaurants, shops, cafes, and a
Safeway store & Starbucks. It is surrounded by trails for hiking,
mountain biking and snow shoeing. It is minutes from two popular
golf courses. Also, Tahoe Regional Park and Mt. Rose, where you can
enjoy numerous hiking, biking and skiing trails with spectacular
views of the lake. The Tahoe Wellness Center, with yoga, massage and
a rock wall is four blocks from the home. The casinos are less than
five minutes away.
