and barstools. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen
size bed and new bedding.

There is wireless high speed internet access, a washer and dryer,
garage parking for one car and a driveway for an additional two
cars, depending on the snow conditions. Snow plow service is
provided in the winter.

The home is easily accessible from North Lake Boulevard and Highway
80 via 267. Centrally located, it is approximately 15 minutes from
Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village. Reno is approximately 45
minutes from the home.

Note: There is an attached unit on the lowest of 3 floors.  It is currently occupied by a quiet, professional person. The home is well insulated and private and the only shared space is the garage. The rates are discounted compared to similar homes without such a unit.

mountain biking and snow shoeing. It is minutes from two popular
golf courses. Also, Tahoe Regional Park and Mt. Rose, where you can
enjoy numerous hiking, biking and skiing trails with spectacular
views of the lake. The Tahoe Wellness Center, with yoga, massage and
a rock wall is four blocks from the home. The casinos are less than
five minutes away.
