Weekly : $1,450 (6 nights 7 days ~ prorates at $242)

Holidays ~ Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year (Three night minimum)
Nightly : $200

Seafood Wine Festival 3 night minimum $300 nightly

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to
forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked.

All other cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
