Summer Season Rates
~Starting Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (Three night minimum except July-Aug)

Weekly : $1,650 (6 nights 7 days ~ prorates at $275)

Holidays ~ Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year (Three night minimum)
Nightly : $225

Seafood Wine Festival 3 night minimum $350 nightly (8 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to
forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked.

All other cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
