This is a townhouse in a beautiful community attached to a golf
course. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a garage.
The living room has comfortable Natuzzi leather furniture and a
large LED HD TV with a Blu-ray disk player. The master bedroom has a LCD TV,
large walk-in closet and large bathroom with separate shower and
soaking tub.
The kitchen has a dining area with a ceiling fan and a sliding glass
door which opens to a patio area facing a gazebo.
Rental includes access to the Swimming Pool. The townhouse is just
off of Atlantic Avenue, close to everything. Beautiful downtown
Delray Beach and the ocean are just minutes away.
