barbeque grill for out door cooking. The courtyard separates the  
townhome from the one car garage. There is a screened patio off the  
living room with a great view of the lake. Community pool is a very  
short walking distance away. This is a smoke free home.

PGA National offers 5 golf courses, at a charge, a hotel, a fitness  
facility with  
tennis, wellness center, croquet, world reknown spa for men and

This Patio Home is 15 minutes from WPB airport and CityPlace, the  
Kravis Center for Performing Arts, and the heart of downtown West  
Palm Beach with exclusive restaurants and shopping. This townhome is  
located just 5 minutes to the Gardens Mall, 15 minutes to the ocean  
and beaches, 15 minutes to the Cardinals and Marlins Spring Training  
facility. The airport is 20 mintues away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available   December 1 till December 31 2008  for 1000.00 week  
plus 125.00 exit cleaning and 500.00 refundable security. Longer  
rental is a bit cheaper.Plus  11.5% bed tax is required in the state of Florida 
  
After December 31   2008 it is available  
by the  week or the month The  
price is negotable upon the length of the rental.Home is well  
maintained and decorated nicely. The center of West Palm Beach is  
only 20 minutes away.
