Cancellation Policy:  If Cancelled within 30 days of stay, deposit 
will be returned, minus $30 processing fee.  If cancellation occurs 
with less than 30 days of stay, all monies will be retained and you 
will have one year from your original arrival date to rebook the 
same property, with a 20% rebooking fee.  Please call if you have 
questions.
