Smith Family Oceanfront Resort Condo in Cape Canaveral

This is a family owned condominium in a resort setting.  It is not a motel facility.  However, we do have an on site property management staff to attend to any needs you may have. 

 Our family vacation condo (Unit 1214) is an ocean view, second floor condominium.  The attached picture was taken from our balcony which overlooks the courtyard, pool and ocean. You can sit in the shade on the balcony and enjoy spectacular views of cruise boats coming and going, parasailing and rocket/shuttle launches. The photo you see below was taken from the complex on July 3, 2007.
The condominium is newly furnished and sleeps up to 4 people (no
extra charge applies for over two people) via queen size bed in the
bedroom and new queen size sofa bed in the living room. It is
equipped with a full kitchen including utensils, dishes, microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker (complimentary coffee) dish washer
(complimentary dish washing liquid) ice maker, two large
televisions, cable tv (HBO), a VHS and DVD player, movies, clock
radio, and wireless network.
The bedroom has lots of storage space including a walk in closet
with a safe, iron, ironing board and beach chairs and toys for children.
Enjoy a vanity area (equipped with a hair dryer) which is separate
from the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and separate tub with shower.

The exquisite club house (equipped with wireless) looks out onto the
jacuzzi, heated pool, gazibo and 700 feet of beautiful wide, sandy, oceanfront beach. There are two large grassed picnic areas equipped with a running water sink, Bar-B-Que grills, and picnic benches.
For those of you that do not want to return home with dirty laundry there is an air conditioned laundry facility within steps of our condo. Don't worry about those sandy beach towels - they are provided as part of the rental.
Royal Mansions Resorts sits on 700 feet of private no drive beach
with two "secured" walkways from the complex to the beach. The
complex is monitored with security in the evening.

The Cape Canaveral community offers numerous activities for all
ages. Not to mention it is only 45 minutes to Orlando, Disney
World, MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens (90
minutes.)
If you like to gamble there are two gambling ships which are 10
minutes from our condo. In fact, you need not drive - they will
come and pick you up at our door.
Take short four day cruise or shorter deep sea fishing excursion.
For those of you that like adventure - there is parasailing! Less
adventuresome - walk to the fishing pier and enjoy fishing, watching
the cruise ships depart or viewing the many manatee and marine life
from the pier.
Then of course there is Kennedy Space Center - ten minutes away.
And of course let's not forget World Famous "Ron Jon's Surf Shop" (which offers a 15% discount to
those using this condo) and "Coconuts On The Beach."

Weekly Rates: $1015-$1,314 depending on season plus Fla.Sales Tax.
Daily housekeeping is available for a small extra charge.  Beach towels are provided.
Daily Continental Breakfast - Friday evening Wine/Beer Appetizer Manager's Reception.
Monthly rates: At $3,220 depending on season plus 11% Fla. Sales
Tax. Discount given for monthly rentals - however, depends on season.
All major credit cards accepted. A $200.00 deposit is required upon
making reservations and a 30 day notice of cancellation applies.
