Golf and Country Club, an 18 hole championship golf course.  
 
This second floor condo has a Queen bed in the Master bedroom with a  
private bath. The guest BR has a queen size bed and its own bathroom.  
 
There is a washer and dryer in the condo.  
 
There is a screened-in lanai which also has glass windows which you  
can close to extend your air-conditioned living space.  
 
The condo is fully furnished with a pull-out, queen-sized sofa in the  
living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and all towels and linens  
are included.

for their soft, sandy white beaches. Great fishing and boating abound  
and you can snorkle at the Point of Rocks and Turtle Beach just  
minutes away.  
 
With over 50 golf courses to choose from many offering reciprocity  
between May and October. That means golfing for cheap!!!! 
 
Downtown Sarasota offers many cultural activities from theater to  
dance [Van Wezel and Asolo Performing Arts Centers] to many parks and  
amusements [Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Brothers Museum,  
Mote Marine Aquarium, Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary, Jungle Gardens  
and Cruises and Tours] plus fabulous dining and shopping. Trendy

January  - $2,800/month 
February/March  - $3,200/month 
April  - $2,500/month 
May - September - $1,300/month 
October - November - $2,000/month 
 
$500 refundable security deposit required 
$85 Cleaning fee required 
 
$214 Golf Membership Transfer fee payable directly to Stoneybrook if  
you wish to play golf during your stay for a $20 Green Fee & $14 Cart  
Fee per round. 
 
All utilities are included except for long distance phone charges. 
 
Cashier's or bank check accepted as payment prior to your arrival.
