full size bathrooms that offer maximum privacy. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this
condo sleeps six comfortably. It has a spacious living area and a generously equipped kitchen.
The living room and master bedroom both have glass doors that open to a private walk-out balcony
overlooking the Atlantic ocean. A place where you will enjoy viewing the Sunsational Daytona
Sunrise. This condo will provide you and your family with a maximum amount of personal space and
casual comfort that you would expect.

The outdoor pool deck offers a heated pool along with a jacuzzi and common picnic area that even has
a charcoal grill for you to enjoy.

Our location allows you to relax, swim in the pool, enjoy the jacuzzi, take a walk or ride on the
beach, fish on the pier or eat at Crabby Joes while enjoying the ocean atmosphere.

International Speedway in addition to greyhound racing. We are the closet beach to the Central
Florida attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. You can also visit the Kennedy
Space Center and historic St. Augustine; the oldest town in the United States.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rates Are Available for Your Stay:

$115  -  $250 per night with 3 night minium

$650  -  $1,500 per week

$1,500  -  $3,350 per month

Add $65 departure cleaning/towel service and 12.5% sales/tourist tax to all rates.
Advanced deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation. Under age of 25, a security
deposit of $500 is required. Above rates do not include special events or holidays.
