The Beach House in Port Colborne

The Beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of
Lake Erie. Thirty minutes from the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, Ont.
One and 1/2 hours from Toronto, Ontario. Recently rennovated.
Perfect for family reunions, retreats, or a getaway destination.

This home has six bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and 2
full baths. All bedrooms have double beds, and a living room with a
sleeper sofa for additional guests. Inside you'll enjoy beautiful
hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds this home. The
spacious yard can accommodate a camper and boat trailers. There is
plenty of off street parking. There is a private sandy beach & a
rocky shore line that has mooring possilities for the boat
enthusiast. There is a outdoor fireplace for bon-fires and outdoor
cooking.

The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a
refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes,
glasses, toaster, pots & pans. There are laundry and storage
facilities in the house. Television, DVD player, and radio. There
are plenty of yard chairs and two lounge chairs for the beach. The
outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a bon-fire, kick back and
relax with a cold drink. Don't worry, fire wood is included as well
as grills for cooking over the fire.

Life at the waters edge is GREAT because so much fun and
entertainment can happen right in the yard or on our beach. The
Beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming,
snorkling, fishing, boating, canoeing, ship watching,and building sand castles all
within steps of the house. It is located in a wonderful, safe,
residental neighborhood with a private sandy beach on the shores of
Lake Erie. The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday, or
weekly rentals. Special events can also be arranged like family re-
unions, graduations, and extended rentals. The nearby town of Port
Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops,
and art galleries. There is a marina 1/2 mile from the Beach House
that has boat rentals and a public boat ramp. Local golf courses, a
public park, walking and biking trails along the canal and a
community beach are all nearby.

Off Season Rates: 

January 1st, 2009 through June 2nd, 2009 and September 30th, 2009 through June 1st, 2010

Weekly:     $1,000 USD

Weekends: $500 USD - 3 Days/Nights (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, departing on Monday)

Summer Weekly Rates - Wednesday to Wednesday Rentals

June 3rd - Juiy 1st, 2009:             $1,500/week

July 1st, 2009 - September 16th, 2009:  $2,200/week

September 16th-September 30th:    $1,500/week

Holiday Rates: $1,200/week
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, March Break, and Easter

Payment Method
Certified Check, Personal Check or Money Order

Reservation Deposit/Security Deposit of $300 required. It will be
returned if the Beach House is left in the same condition as when
rented. Rent Payment is due 60 days prior to vacation week/weekend.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Must give one month notice for cancellation without penalty.
