The Beach House in Port Colborne

The Beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of
Lake Erie. It's 90 minutes from Toronto, Ontario, 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, ON, and 35 minutes from the Peace Bridge, USA.  Recently renovated, the house is perfect for family get togethers, youth retreats, or a getaway destination.

This home has six (6) bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and two (2)
full bathrooms.  The bedrooms contain four (4) double beds, one queen bed, and one twin bed.  The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of room for air mattresses for additional guests.  Inside you'll enjoy beautiful hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds this home. 

The Beach House has a spacious yard that can accommodate a camper and boat trailers.  There is plenty of off-street parking.  There is a private sandy beach & a rocky shoreline that has mooring possilities for the boat enthusiast.  There is a propane barbeque grill and an outdoor fireplace that's great for bonfires and outdoor cooking.  The Beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming, snorkeling, boating, canoeing, fishing, shipwatching, and building sand castles all within steps of the house.  It's located in a wonderful, safe, residential neighborhood with a private sandy beach.

The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a
refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, utensils, dishes,
glasses, toaster, pots & pans.  There are laundry and storage
facilities in the house.  Television with antenna reception, DVD player, and radio. There are a dozen adirondack lounge chairs for the yard and beach.  The
outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a bonfire, kick back and
relax with a cold drink.  Don't worry; fire wood is included as well
as grills for cooking over the fire.

The Beach House offers so much fun and entertainment right in its own yard and beach.  It's scenic, adventurous, and relaxing all at the same time.  Whether you enjoy catching some sun while lying on the beach, exploring underwater with a mask and snorkel, or watching ships come in and out of port, this is the place for you!

The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday, or weekly rentals.  The nearby town of Port Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops, and art galleries. There is a marina five (5) minutes away from the Beach House that has boat rentals and a public boat ramp.  Local golf courses, a public park, walking and biking trails along the canal, and a
community beach are all nearby.

There are no black flies in this neighborhood.  :)

No pets allowed, and smoking is permitted outside only.

Linens are available by request for an additional charge of $15 / person.

Off Season Rates: 

January 1st, 2012 through May 30th, 2012

Weekly:     $1,000

Weekends: $500 - 3 Days/Nights (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, departing on Monday)

Summer Season Weekly Rates - Wednesday to Wednesday Rentals starting May 30, 2012

May 30th - June 20th, 2012:              $1,600/week

June 20th - June 27th, 2012             $2,200/week

June 27th - August 29th, 2012:         $2,500/week

August 29th - September 5th, 2012:  $1,700/week

September 5th - October 3rd, 2012:   $1,500/week

Holiday Rates:                                 $1,200/week

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, March Break, and Easter

Guest Beyond 12 Are Welcome:

Guests beyond 12 are welcome but not to exceed 20.  There is an additional charge for these guest of $20/person for weekend rentals and $50/person for week long rentals.  Air matresses for use in the house and tents in the yard or on the beach are permitted for your guests.

Inquire for additional possibilities for shorter or longer periods.

Payment Method
Cash, Certified Check or Money Order

Reservation Deposit/Security Deposit of $400 required. It will be
returned if the Beach House is left in the same condition as when
rented. Rent Payment is due 60 days prior to vacation week/weekend.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Must give 60 day notice for cancellation without penalty.
