baths and plenty of space. Brand new condo with huge 50" heated pool 
and hot tub. Relax after the beach by the pool which has an outdoor 
shower and grill/gazebo area.  

It features 2 decks with great views, one off of the family room 
(with patio furniture and dining table with seating for 6) 
and a great view of the bay and marina.  The other deck sits off 
both of the back bedrooms with views of the pool. The property has a 
2 car garage and driveway.
