Each room has clean design and is newly furnished with one semi-double sized sofa-bed, dining table, TV, a/c and free internet access.
It is perfect for single or couple to enjoy cozy relaxing time.  Fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, oven toaster, microwave, gas stove, all cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and so on.  Everything you need for daily life is provided and you could feel as if you were in your home.  Furthermore, each room has own washer for laundry.  The room is ideal for a single or couple with extra futon.

Nakano is a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, famous for great grocery shopping, cafe, bars and gourmet restaurants. It is quite convenient place to live.  Nakano Broadway shopping mall is only five minutes walk from the apartment.  It is world-wide famous as a center of Japanese pop culture, such as animation and so on.  You can also enjoy Nakano shopping arcade to give you a feeling of Tokyo's old downtown, with everything at local pricing.  In nearby Arai-yakushi shrine garden, in some weekends you can enjoy the major flea market with a combination of antiques and simply old items.
