Relax and unwind in this charming home in the heart of Ft Lauderdale, just a five minute drive to
the beautiful sandy beaches or fashionable Las Olas Boulevard.

Newly furnished (2008) this vacation rental offers every convenience and amenity.
The living room is equipped with a large flatscreen HDTV and 'Direct TV' with premium channels, a DVD
player and comfortable traditional furniture. The adjacent Dining area has a fax/copier/printer, the
whole house has highspeed wireless internet. The new kitchen, which has granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances is very well equipped and perfect for preparing poolside snacks or a
gourmet dinner.
The Master bedroom has a new Sealy 'pillowtop' bed, fine linens and ample closet and storage space.
The second bedroom has new Sealy twin beds. There is a seperate laundry room with full size washer
and dryer, iron and ironing board.

A screened porch, with wetbar, is furnished with antique 1940's deco furniture and leads to the patio
and pool where there is comfortable oudoor lounging and dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill. The
tropical garden and large 'freeform' pool are very private and secluded.

There is a carport and 'off street' parking for four cars.
