A View to Live for... and....Location, Right On the Beach.  
Only your parking space seperates your door to the beach. 
 
All pictures are taken from the Condo windows, front door, parking  
area, or sandy beach directly in front of Condo.   
Wake up to a Magnificent View of 3 Arch Rocks. 
 
A lovely, modern 2 bedroom apartment in quiet coastal village. 
Appx. 840 square feet-1 bathroom.  
Located on Second floor- 
Entry on ground floor-walk up flight of stairs.  
No one is below or above us. 
 
We're located where pristine Netarts Bay meets the Pacific.  
High tide allows waves to break on shore in front of condo. 
Low tide allows for viewing wildlife in action...seals, herons,  
pelicans, loons, from our livingroom window-seat or sitting on shore.

Requirements to Reserve Your Dates: 
 
Application of Request 
Reservation Deposit-(1st night's rent + Security Deposit) 
Balance due 30 days prior your arrival. 
 
Weekly Rentals require: 
1/2 of balance within 30 days of Reservation Deposit 
Remaining balance 30 days prior your arrival. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
Only Reservation Deposit retained if before 30 days of arrival. 
All monies retained if within 30 days of arrival.  
(If able to rebook dates, only Reservation Deposit retained). 
 
Reimbursement Policy for Security Deposit : 
Returned after the 10th of month following rental period. 
Any damage, breakage, replacement, or extra cleaning  
(Check Out Policy below)will be retained from Security Deposit. 
 
CheckOut Policy: 
Please leave our home AS CLEAN AS YOU FIND IT. 
 
Housekeeping crew has only a few hours to SANITIZE and prepare for  
next check-in.  Please follow these CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS prior to  
leaving.  FAILURE TO COMPLY:  will result in cleaning fees being  
charged against your security deposit. 
Laundry: 
·	Wash, Dry ALL Towels used. (laundry detergent is provided) 
·	Strip ALL LINENS USED, and wash 1st load of linens from bed. 
·	PLEASE….  Leave bedspreads and folded blankets on the beds. 
·	$10.00 per load of extra laundering will be deducted from  
security deposit, for blankets, bedspreads, as well as extra loads  
of laundry (1 set of sheets per bed allowed). 
·	Use of dryer: please clean lint screen and be certain all  
laundry is dried thoroughly.   
Kitchen: 
·	Remove all used perishables, food, containers from the  
refrigerator/freezer and wipe out.  Please do not leave food in the  
oven or microwave!  Unused or unopened food may be left for next  
renters. 
·	Wipe off: stove / oven / counters 
·	microwave / refrigerator 
·	sweep the floors. 
Dishwasher: 
·	Wash / dry / put away.  Please do not leave dirty dishes  
behind or you will be charged extra for our washing them. 
 
PLEASE:  Make sure: 
·	Secure House (locked, windows shut)  
·	Lock Key back inside the lockbox when leaving.   
·	Turn off all of the lights and turn down the heat to 55  
degrees. 
  
·	Please notify Etc.Etc. Vacation Rentals upon departure and  
for any maintenance problems.
