Located on the desirable Back Shore Road in Round Pond. The site was
carefully chosen to ensure sunlight at all times of the day. Woods on
all sides, yet neighbors close by. Within a three minute walk to Round
Pond Harbor and restaurants. Side deck off dining room and kitchen

It's located in the village of Round Pond on the Pemaquid Peninsula.
Round Pond village is a 3 minute walk and has two outdoor lobster
eaters on the water, a general store and gift/candy shop. Sailing,
boating, kayaking, and fishing in ocean or numerous lakes and streams
are near by. Also a public tennis court is near by. A short 5 minute
drive to a beautiful sandy beach. The nearby village of Damariscotta
offers galleries, antique shops, restaurants,groceries and gift
stores. Within a 45 minute drive you can shop at LL Bean visit Camden,
Booth Bay Harbor or Rockland the home of the Farnsworth Musuem and
Andrew Weyth. The New Harbor ferries is a 5 minute drive to reach the
Island of Monhegan.
Don't forget to visit all the lighthouses.
