of the beach (no streets to cross!).
Public beach access along Collier Boulevard (10 - 15 minute walk) or
Residents' Beach is just 400 yds away (pass available to
purchase from Marco Civic Association for monthly rentals).

Lots of beach equipment in the condo:
sunloungers, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cool box together with
beach cart for transporting.

Queen size murphy bed with pillowtop mattress (converts to wall unit
during the day). New la z boy recliner sofa.
Cable tv and dvd/vcr.

Social room and gas barbecue by the pool.

Marco Island is located on the tip of Southwest Florida, just 16
miles south of Naples, connected to the mainland by two road bridges
(no tolls to pay!). You'll find over four miles of pristine white
sand beaches, a paradise for boaters, fishermen and beachlovers and
home to an abundance of wildlife: dolphins, manatees, bald eagles,
ospreys and pelicans and a wide range of shore birds. The Everglades
are very close or you can take a boat trip to Key West or rent a boat
and explore the waterways. There are lots of restaurants on the
island, ranging from fine Italian cuisine to fast food outlets. No
shortage of shops either - three supermarkets, four shopping plazas,
factory outlet stores just off the island and a shopping mall in
nearby Naples. You'll love Marco Island's sunsplashed beaches,
spectacular sunsets and a tropical island ambience like no other.

Low Season: $300/1 week
