Vacation Rental Description

Located just minutes away from Windsor Ramp and London Bridge.  2004 3 bed, 3 bath home with 3 queen 
beds and plenty of sleeping space in the living room and master bedroom.  Tile and 
carpet flooring.  Empty lots on all sides of house.  Plenty of parking.    
No smoking
No pets

Vacation Rental Amenities

New home with new amenities throughout.  Central Air Unit.  Refridgerator with ice maker, oven, 
electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer & dryer, TV, DVD, 
cable and phone.  Gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops and hickory cabinets.  Huge pantry in 
kitchen. Fits ten for dinner between barstools and dining table.  Leather recliner couches and 
additional leather recliner in living room.  
Bed and bath linens included.  

Activities and Attractions

Boating, swimming, water sports, Famous London Bridge fishing, golfing, hiking, off roading, 
nightlife, dancing, dining, gambling, horse back riding, movies, indoor water park.  Approximately a 
1  hour drive to Laughlin and a 2 hour drive to Las Vegas.  Local casino is a short boat ride across 
the lake.  Beautiful scenery and sunsets.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$150 a night (Non-holiday) 2 night minimum OR $650 a week
$275 a night (Holiday-Memorial, July 4 and Labor Day) 3 night minimum.  Weekend total of:$575
November & December: $110 a night

Security/Damage Deposit of $500 (100% refundable if home left in the same condition as it was at 
time of rental). 

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $85, additional cleaning fee if additional cleaning is needed.
