Vacation Rental Description

This 1 bedroom, third floor nicely appointedwaterfront condo  
overlooks Boca Bay Channel. The complex has an Olympic size  
heated/cooled swimming pool, clubhouse with pool table, sauna,  
shuffleboard and tennis courts.  Enjoy 450' of dock to fish, rest or  
watch dolphins and manatees, not to mention the beautiful boats that  
sail through.You can also sit on your screened lanai and watch the  
dolphins play!

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 Bedroom with king-sized bed and 1 queen-sized sofa bed 
Full eat-in kitchen with everything you will need, e.g., dishes,  
cookware/utensils,dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker,  
linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. 
Airconditioning and heating, cable TV, VCR, Stereo CD, screened in  
furnished balcony. 
Heated/cooled pool, clubhouse with pool table, large screen TV,  
sauna, 2 tennis courts,shuffleboard and boat dock. 
 
Sorry, no smoking.

Activities and Attractions

A 10 minute drive to the best beaches in FL (beautiful Pass-a Grille  
and St. Pete beaches).  
 
Treasure Island, Redington Shores, Indian Rocks, Clearwater and  
other great beaches/communities are to the north. As you drive up  
beachy Gulf Boulevard you can visit a variety of beach stores, tiki  
bars, restaurants, etc. 
 
Many golf courses throughout the bay area. 
 
Fishing fun from the dock, or visit and try out the north and south  
Skyway fishing piers...a favorite place of the locals. 
 
Just minutes to Fort Desoto State Park...its' pristine beach has won  
national awards! This park also has picnic areas, fishing piers and  
kayak rentals too and great parking. 
 
About 15 minutes to downtown St. Pete (The Pier, HMS Bounty exhibit,  
Salvador Dali Museum, shops and restaurants). 
 
20 minutes to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. 
 
25-30 minutes to Tampa International Airport or downtown Tampa. 
 
Visit Tampa and Busch Gardens, the Museum of Science & Industry, the  
Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Pro-Football, Pro-Hockey,  
Channelside entertainment district, and historic Ybor City district. 
 
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (football), Devil Rays (baseball) and Lightning  
(hockey). 
 
5 minutes to the beautiful Skyway Bridge route...gateway to  
Bradenton, Sarasota, Fort Meyers and Naples. 
 
Historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks to the north of Clearwater. 
 
Orlando is less than two hours away...Disney World, Sea World,  
Cypress Gardens, Universal Studios and more!). 
 
The clubhouse is often used for organized weekly card and bingo  
games, not to mention the holiday parties where all tenants are  
invited, i.e., Valentine's Day, Superbowl parties, St. Patrick's  
Day, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

October - December, $1,600 per month with a 3 month minimum. 
January - May, $1,875 per month with a 3 month minimum. 
June - September, $1,500 with a 3 month minimum.
