    Our cabin offers the best of both worlds...you can be totally 
isolated from the 'outside world's' hustle & bustle or you can get 
totally involved if you choose. There are music festivals, operas, 
downhome country fairs, farm roadside markets, quaint shops and a 
wealth of other avenues to explore. Our village was settled in 1712 
and offers abundant history of the Revolution of our great nation. 
On the northern edge of the Catskill Mountains in New York's 
Leatherstocking Region, we are only two and a half hours from New 
York City, forty-five minutes from Albany, an hour from Cooperstown 
and just a short drive from many attractions to interest all 
visitors.

Enjoy this peaceful setting at your doorstep when you visit our 
fully furnished, modern log cabin located in historic Schoharie 
County ....we are on a major NYS snowmobile route and hiking trails 
lead to the NJ-NY Long Path. We are in the middle of a 500 acre 
working farm on a quiet country road and yet only four miles to the 
village. Only minutes from Partridge Run for fishing and hunting, 
Minekill State Park in Blenheim, the Old Stone Fort, the Iriquois 
Museum, Howe Caverns, Thatcher Park, Cobleskill Golf Course, 
Cooperstown, the Gobblers' Knob Fun Park and much more. OR, if you 
choose, there is a wonderful large porch and yard at the cabin to 
just totally relax and regain your inner peace. Our cabin was built 
exclusively for your comfort and convenience and has a beautiful 
fireplace for those long evenings and a whirlpool tub in the 
bathroom to bubble away your cares. A washer and dryer in the 
basement, adds to your convenience.

Vacation Rental Rates

Cripple Creek Cabin is a very private and cozy modern log house with 
three bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom complete with whirlpool and 
shower. You will notice that the entire cabin is fully furnished 
from the fireplace right down to the linens! There is however a gas 
stove and gas heating as well as a washer and dryer for modern 
convenience. For those nice and lazy days there is an exquisite wrap-
around porch for you to pull up a chair and admire the great 
outdoors. For the explorer in all of us, Cripple Creek Cabin is 
conveniently located close to the New Jersey - New York Longpath 
Trail. The cabin is available year-round, a perfect escape for 
anyone!  

 Rates are $200 per night with a two night minimum stay ~ we offer a 
discount for a week or more.
