MULTI-WEEK RENTAL and
Other off season rates available, please call me to get the discount rates. 

Weekly Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Check in 3pm
Checkout 10:00am.

Deposits: A $300.00 REFUNABLE security deposit and $500 rental fee
is due upon agreement. The remaining balance of the rental fee is
to be paid in full 30 days prior to rental dates.

The security deposit will be returned to the renter 10 days after
your stay, if the unit is found in the same condition that it was
received in.
