Welcome to our hideawy at Beacon House which is located at the point
where the Naples Beach and Doctor's Pass meet. The private Moorings
Beach is a short 2 minute stroll away which opens up to the miles and
miles of fabulous Naples beaches. And for those wishing to stay in,
you do not need to leave the 4th floor condo to see the famed sunsets
that Naples is known for! Very centrally located on Gulf Shore Blvd
North with easy access to all that Naples has to offer. You will want
to come back year after
year to this lovely building which has been extensively refurbished
over the last two years, warm friendly residents and a location to rival.

This 2bed/2 bath condo is situated on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd
at the point where GSB turns inland at Mooring Line Drive. Our guests
will be just a two minute stroll to the beautiful Naples Beach with no
busy streets to cross to walk to the Private Moorings Beach.

Beacon House is on the southern side of the popular Moorings
Neighborhood which allows for an easy drive to all Naples has on
offer. The 5th Avenue shopping street with all of its restaurants and
also the 3rd Street/Gallery Row with its many boutiques and galleries
will provide hours of viewing and shopping pleasure are only a short
drive away. For basic necessities the local Publix, Coastland Centre,
Starbucks and Wallgreens is all less than 3/4 of a mile away with no
busy streets to cross or seasonal traffic to sit in. For those
looking to go further north to the Waterside Shoppes and Vanderbilt
Beach, we are within a 5 to 10 minute drive depending on the season.

This lovely 4th floor property has everything you need for a wonderful
stay. The condominium has 1,100 square feet under air situated on one
floor only with the most wonderful Lanai, stretching across the entire
living room and Master bedroom. The condo has been modernized with an
open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a washer and
dryer located on the same floor of the condo and is shared with only
three other units. We have also recently installed Digital Cable
Television and 4MG wireless internet access.

Our home away from home is part of a very well manicured and
maintained property called Beacon House which is a medium size
complex of two buildings sitting on the bay with the large heated pool
on the east side set in gardens and overlooking the bay and Beacon
House deep-water Marina. The pool is heated between November to May.
So you can spend lovely afternoons by the pool watching the boats go
by. There is a large open party
room which is available to reserve with a BBQ area just outside by the
pool and marina which is lovely for entertaining. Families are
welcome to share our little place in the sun and we hope you enjoy it
like we do.

* A two bedroom Guest Apartment is available for visitors at a
reasonable rate of $40-$50 a night. So if you have family coming to
visit this would be ideal.

Boat Slip Access is by negotiation.

We are fully occupied for the 2009 season but would welcome any visits

$3,000 - May, November, December (2009)
$2,500 - June, September, October (2009)

All rates above are a per-month basis. Minimum ninety (90) day rental
by Condo Association Rules. Negotiable rate for more than three (3)
consecutive months or more in any season. We are not bound by the
calendar month and will look atdates that overlap months.

All rentals are subject to a security deposit of $500.00 plus 10%
Florida taxes and final cleaning $200. Fifty percent of rent is due at
time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy date.
