Vacation Rental Description

Orchard Villas is a charming villa for rent, with a commanding view overlooking Orange 
Hill Beach, in west Nassau, The Bahamas.

Find tranquility at Orchard Villas, on Nassau's best beach. Enjoy the peace of your own 
villa, with all of the amenities you expect, and some you may not. Whether for business or 
just for some peace. If it's your holiday, take time for a dip in the freshwater pool, or take 
long walks on the beach.

The villa is open and easy, affording excellent opportunities to entertain, and you'll find 
the kitchen a joy. An expansive sundeck opens from the dining room to the pool, where 
you can enjoy many evenings dining under the stars.

The house overlooks the beach which is at the bottom of the garden across the road, so it 
is not sitting on the sand but almost. The beach has discreet access and a lovely wind 
sheltered alcove where you can sit behind the sea-grape trees. The beach is 15 feet from 
the garden, about 100 feet from the bedrooms, and is accessed through a gate in the 
fence. It is one of the prettiest beaches in New Providence, and is popular with local 
families. You may have seen the beach in Thunderball, Lenny Kravitz videos or 
commercials.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The west villas bedrooms are separated, reached through a covered courtyard, and allows 
privacy for two groups. The bedrooms enjoy magnificent views of the beach, and have en 
suite bathrooms and quiet air conditioning units. And of course you will find a stereo, 
Cable television, DVD player, fax and phones, and a computer with broadband Internet.

The villa has is completely self-sufficient, and includes everything you would find in a 
normal home. You'll find all linens and towels, the kitchen is complete, and the living area 
has a stereo, DVD equipped TV, a computer with broadband connection, both local and 
international phones, and fax machine. The Bahamas uses the same electrical voltage, 
cycles and plugs as the United States. The villa has an 8'6" pool, a tennis court and is very 
close to the beach. If you have any special requests, please ask.

Your private entrance to the villa leads into the southern garden, then to the tennis court 
and orchard. The villa was built using traditional Bahamian pitched roof techniques, with 
patina finished, hand crafted copper light fixtures. The kitchen has a full granite counter, 
full size SubZero fridge and freezer, with ample storage and dishwasher. All the linens, 
flatware, glassware and cookery items you will need for a stress free break are included.
